To support our precision forging processes, LeFiell offers an impressive line-up of milling, turning, gundrilling, waterjet, wire-EDM, and jig boring machines. Our "4-axis", large-capacity milling centers support our diagonal brace work cells.

A large-capacity CNC lathe is capable of performing high-speed turning of parts up to 10' long.  Our waterjet and wire-EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) centers provide unattended precision 2-Dimensional machining to accomodate special hardware configurations.  LeFiell also operates a fully capable tool and die fabrication department to support the demands of our forging, machining, and fixturing operations.
