LeFiell is the leader in the production of ultrasonic quality tubing produced to virtually zero defects for the aerospace industry.  Tube hollows of nickel based and titanium alloys are x-rayed and redrawn in our specialized tube drawing equipment utilizing in-house heat treating equipment to control sophisticated time to temperature and time at temperature cycles.

LeFiell has a 3250 ton press and facilities to perform heat treating and rough machining operations. We have one of the largest and most modern facilities producing gas turbine engine shafts in the world. Our facilities allows us to perform upsetting, expanding, flaring, backward extruding, swaging and Roll-Flo (chipless) forming.  We have produced engine shafts from the following materials:  aircraft alloy steels, nickel based and 6AL-4V titanium.
