To facilitate our manufacturing  operations, we employ several in-house heat treatment facilities, including: "bright" hydrogen annealing furnances, vacuum-annealing (10-feet capacity), gantry-type furnaces with Nitrogen/Argon atmosphere, electric solution treat and age urnaces for 14" diameter by 12' long aluminum tubes, and inert atmosphere furnaces for alloy steels up to 35' long.  LeFiell is certified to perform interim and final thermal processing for many of our programs and has a full range of hardness testing capabilities.
